Do you deliver? How much? How long does it take?
• Yes, we deliver Australia wide. Pricing is subject to Size, Weight, Location and delivery method.

What is the maximum size you can engrave?
• Laser Engraving - (W) 914mm x (H) 610mm
• Rotary Engraving – (W) 810mm x (H) 610mm
• CNC Routing - (W) 1200mm x (H) 1200mm
Can you engrave curved surfaces?
• No, we can only engrave Flat surfaces.
What is Gravoply / Rowmark?
• Gravoply / Rowmark are 2 ply plastic sheets commonly referred to as Traffolyte.
• The standard thickness is 1.6mm
• There is a wide range of colour combinations.
Do you keep records of previous jobs?
• Yes, we keep records of previous jobs (electronically & hard copy).
How do I place my order?
• You can place an order via Email or in person.
How do I pay for my order?
• You may pay for your order via Credit Card (1.75% fee), Electronic Transfer or Cash.
Do you offer discounts for buying in quantity?
• Yes, we offer discounts on quantity orders, discount determined on a case to case basis.
What is your minimum order?
• Our minimum order is $15.00 + GST

• Yes, generally we like to do some C.O.D. work prior to offering a trading account.
